Irving TX- In a world of Posty fest and Kardashians its great to see music and musicians that still RAWK! The band titled ” A Day To Remember” along with ” I Prevail”, “Bear Tooth and “Can’t Swim” rocked the 20 something crowd at Toyota Music Factory Monday Night.
A Day To Remember not only has a long name but they also have quite a long history of music. They hit the scene back in 2003 with their metalcore pop/punk music style. It’s a style like Slipknot, Backstreet Boys and Linkin Park. Rap vocals, grunge screams, and periodic harmonics are what ADTR is about.
The Degenerates is the name of the Tour however the band is touring up for their first new studio album since 2016 titled You’re Welcome. The new album will drop on November 15th with a new happy feeling according to singer Jeremy Mckinnon.
ADTR cranked out a massive 19 songs Monday at the Toyota Music Factory. This was after three opening acts with a phenomenal performance by the third act ” I Prevail”. The tidal wave was building all night with a tsunami of body surfers crashing the barricade during ADTR.
