The Christmas spirit has arrived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and there’s nothing better than these spectacular displays. With so many options in the area, we’ve narrowed it down to five of our favorites:
One of the most unique light setups in DFW with hundreds of different colored lights on hundreds of different tress. The display is free to visitors and runs from Nov. 25 – Jan. 1st
ICE!® is a walk-through exhibit that attracts over 300,000 visitors every year. The theme this year is Lone Star Christmas. The attraction is a chilling 9° Fahrenheit, but the experience will warm your heart and get you into the Christmas spirit! This display runs from Nov. 11th – Dec. 31st
Christmas in the Square, sponsored by the Frisco Square Property Owners Association, is the largest choreographed lights and music show in North Texas. Featuring snow machines and an outdoor Ice skating rink with shops and dining on site. There’s no charge to view the lights and it runs from Nov. 25th – Jan. 1st.
Texas Motor Speedway offers visitors the opportunity to drive through tunnels of lights along the speedway. Stop along your way at Santa’s Village where Santa appears nightly until Christmas eve. Runs Nov. 26th – Dec. 31st
For the 29th year, trains have rolled into Dallas and are delighting visitors young and old at NorthPark Center. Benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, the Trains at NorthPark is the most elaborate miniature model trains exhibit in Texas. Exhibit runs from Nov 19th – Jan. 3rd
